Microwave and hot curing oven for rubber/silicone tubing/seals :

The fundamental operating principle of this device is to utilize high-temperature hot air for sulfurization and formation of rubber products, to meet the performance required by products. Different rubber products may require not completely same temperatures for sulfurization, and different temperatures can be set by this equipment against different materials, with ambient temperature_290 able for continuous setting, which is either easy for control, or simple for operation, or convenient for maintenance.

The entire set of production line is fitted with a synchronous control system, to ensure the speed of extruding Machine, microwave sulfurating device, hot-air cure oven, cooling water tank, automatic pulling machine, andautomatic cutting machine in a synchronized operation
